The Source of this part is based off of the peking 2013 team that was detecting tuberculosis too.
WE have created a plasmid that turns napthalene into salycate through the degrader, then what happens is it goes to the bigger Nahr_operon and form there it triggers the wintergreen smell which tells us that the subject has tuberculosis.

The activator protein is right upstream but in a opposite direction of the regulated promoter.
