LacI-AroG* production under regulation of TetR repressible promoter

Regulatory construct to get expression of LacI (BBa_C0012) and mutated AroG (Bba_K1060000) under the control of the TetR repressible promoter (Bba_R0040). The mutated AroG (Pro150Leu and Leu175Asp) is less repressed by phenylalanine resulting in a upscaling of the shikimate pathway and production of more chorismic acid (ChA). ChA being a precursor of methyl salicylate. A biosensor which expresses TetR (C0040) under the certain conditions could switch of LacI and mutated AroG expression.
