This part is composed of previous igem biobrick got form igem foundation(BBa_I719005, BBa_K731721, BBa_I14032, BBa_C0012)and parts we constructed(BBa_K1222987, BBa_K1222986, BBa_K1222985).
This part is IPTG inducible for regulating the production of GFP antisense.We have designed four sets of GFP antisense to inhibit GFP.(BBa_K1222987, BBa_K1222986, BBa_K1222985)but we have only shown one(GFP antisense 3) of the four antisense as the other three are relatively similar just the GFP antisense is different. The GFP designed is used to test its efficiency on inhibiting(knockdown) the target genes.

Transcription of the Lac promoter is regulated by Lacl, (type of repressor protein) and then combines with the Lac operator sequence thereby inhibiting the transcription process.
