BBa_K1641004 1 BBa_K1641004 Fusion protein of Cre::EGFP::ssra-tag, with RBS at beginning 2015-09-08T11:00:00Z 2015-09-09T12:14:36Z Cre from BBa_K1179058 and EGFP::ssra-tag from pBI121-EGFP is fused by overlap-PCR; others through connection of bricks. This is a sequence of RBS (BBa_B0034) followed by a fusion protein of Cre::EGFP::ssra-tag. Cre is a most commonly used recombinase with invertase activity that turns the sequence between two anti-parallel LoxP sites up-side-down. A EGFP fusion at the C-term of Cre has been proved by us not to significantly interfere the enzymatic activity. A ssra-tag (BBa_M0051) can accelerate the degradation of the protein, in order to clean it up when not in need. This part is for expression of Cre::EGFP::ssra-tag, which aims to overturn our invertase modules in our Micro-timer. false false _2058_ 20036 20036 9 false Ssra-Tag is efficiently cleaning the protein when not under induction, and helps to reduce leakage expression. C-term EGFP fusion on Cre work pretty good for activity, which we proved. false Pai Li annotation2447923 1 conserved range2447923 1 5 8 annotation2447924 1 BBa_B0034 range2447924 1 1 12 BBa_K1641004_sequence 1 aaagaggagaaaactagaatgttagggatcgccaggcgttttctgagcatacctggaaaatgcttctgtccgtttgccggtcgtgggcggcatggtgcaagttgaataaccggaaatggtttcccgcagaacctgaagatgttcgcgattatcttctatatcttcaggcgcgcggtctggcagtaaaaactatccagcaacatttgggccagctaaacatgcttcatcgtcggtccgggctgccacgaccaagtgacagcaatgctgtttcactggttatgcggcggatccgaaaagaaaacgttgatgccggtgaacgtgcaaaacaggctctagcgttcgaacgcactgatttcgaccaggttcgttcactcatggaaaatagcgatcgctgccaggatatacgtaatctggcatttctggggattgcttataacaccctgttacgtatagccgaaattgccaggatcagggttaaagatatctcacgtactgacggtgggagaatgttaatccatattggcagaacgaaaacgctggttagcaccgcaggtgtagagaaggcacttagcctgggggtaactaaactggtcgagcgatggatttccgtctctggtgtagctgatgatccgaataactacctgttttgccgggtcagaaaaaatggtgttgccgcgccatctgccaccagccagctatcaactcgcgccctggaagggatttttgaagcaactcatcgattgatttacggcgctaaggatgactctggtcagagatacctggcctggtctggacacagtgcccgtgtcggagccgcgcgagatatggcccgcgctggagtttcaataccggagatcatgcaagctggtggctggaccaatgtaaatattgtcatgaactatatccgtaacctggatagtgaaacaggggcaatggtgcgcctgctggaagatggcgatggagctgatacaggtagcggaggtatggtgagcaagggcgaggagctgttcaccggggtggtgcccatcctggtcgagctggacggcgacgtaaacggccacaagttcagcgtgtccggcgagggcgagggcgatgccacctacggcaagctgaccctgaagttcatctgcaccaccggcaagctgcccgtgccctggcccaccctcgtgaccaccctgacctacggcgtgcagtgcttcagccgctaccccgaccacatgaagcagcacgacttcttcaagtccgccatgcccgaaggctacgtccaggagcgcaccatcttcttcaaggacgacggcaactacaagacccgcgccgaggtgaagttcgagggcgacaccctggtgaaccgcatcgagctgaagggcatcgacttcaaggaggacggcaacatcctggggcacaagctggagtacaactacaacagccacaacgtctatatcatggccgacaagcagaagaacggcatcaaggtgaacttcaagatccgccacaacatcgaggacggcagcgtgcagctcgccgaccactaccagcagaacacccccatcggcgacggccccgtgctgctgcccgacaaccactacctgagcacccagtccgccctgagcaaagaccccaacgagaagcgcgatcacatggtcctgctggagttcgtgaccgccgccgggatcactctcggcatggacgagctgtacaaggctgctaacgacgaaaactacaactacgctgacgcttcttaataa igem2sbol 1 iGEM to SBOL conversion Conversion of the iGEM parts registry to SBOL2.1 Chris J.
