BBa_K1766010 1 BBa_K1766010 BAR construct 2 2015-09-13T11:00:00Z 2015-09-16T01:43:51Z Part created through overlap PCR using EnvZ_V5 (<a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1766008">BBa_K1766008</a>) and Z:HER2:342. The bacterial antigen receptor (BAR) was created in the hope of making a receptor able to signal binding to an antigen. By making a chimera between a histidine kinase (EnvZ) and a affibody molecule (Z:HER2:342) we would have a receptor capable of detecting the HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor) protein biomarker, commonly used for detecting breast cancer. The construct would use the EnvZ-OmpR two-component regulatory system to signal binding and activation of the histidine kinase. However successful function of the receptor has not been fully documented. The construct has been studied for expression, pressence in membrane and affinity towards HER2. false false _2188_ 25315 25624 9 false The bacterial antigen receptor (BAR), construct 1, was created by false Pontus H??jer annotation2454630 1 GGSSAAG linker range2454630 1 1366 1387 annotation2454734 1 V5 tag range2454734 1 1388 1431 annotation2454736 1 Z:HER2:342 range2454736 1 256 429 annotation2454740 1 GSGGGGSG linker range2454740 1 430 453 annotation2454599 1 BAR construct 2 range2454599 1 1 1365 BBa_K1766010_sequence 1 atgaggcgattgcgcttctcgccacgaagttcatttgcccgtacgttattgctcatcgtcaccttgctgttcgccagcctggtgacgacttatctggtggtgctgaacttcgcgattttgccgagcctccagcagtttaataaagtcctcgcgtacgaagtgcgtatgttgatgaccgacaaactgcaactggaggacggcacgcagttggttgtgcctcccgctttccgtcgggagatctaccgtgagctgggggtagacaacaaattcaacaaagaaatgcgaaacgcgtattgggagatcgctctgttacctaacttaaacaatcagcaaaagcgcgccttcatccgcagtttatatgatgacccaagccaaagcgctaacttgctagcagaagctaaaaagctaaatgatgctcaggcgccgaaaggttctggtggtggtggcagtggtgtgccgctgaccgaaattcatcagggcgatttctctccgctgttccgctatacgctggcgattatgctattggcgataggcggggcgtggctgtttattcgtatccagaaccgaccgttggtcgatctcgaacacgcagccttgcaggttggtaaagggattattccgccgccgctgcgtgagtatggcgcttcggaggtgcgttccgttacccgtgcctttaaccatatggcggctggtgttaagcaactggcggatgaccgcacgctgctgatggcgggggtaagtcacgacttgcgcacgccgctgacgcgtattcgcctggcgactgagatgatgagcgagcaggatggctatctggcagaatcgatcaataaagatatcgaagagtgcaacgccatcattgagcagtttatcgactacctgcgcaccgggcaggagatgccgatggaaatggcggatcttaatgcagtactcggtgaggtgattgctgccgaaagtggctatgagcgggaaattgaaaccgcgctttaccccggcagcattgaagtgaaaatgcacccgctgtcgatcaaacgcgcggtggcgaatatggtggtcaacgccgcccgttatggcaatggctggatcaaagtcagcagcggaacggagccgaatcgcgcctggttccaggtggaagatgacggtccgggaattgcgccggaacaacgtaagcacctgttccagccgtttgtccgcggcgacagtgcgcgcaccattagcggcacgggattagggctggcaattgtgcagcgtatcgtggataaccataacgggatgctggagcttggcaccagcgagcggggcgggctttccattcgcgcctggctgccagtgccggtaacgcgggcgcagggcacgacaaaagaagggggcggcagcagcgcggcgggcggcaaaccgattccgaacccgctgctgggcctggatagcacctaa igem2sbol 1 iGEM to SBOL conversion Conversion of the iGEM parts registry to SBOL2.1 Chris J.
