The mamCD operon(composed of the genes mamC, D, F, and G) and the mms6 operon(contains mms6, mmsF, mgr4070, mgr4071, and mgr4074)are involved in magnetite crystal shape and size. The deletion of both the mamCD and mms6 operons seriously affects both the morphology of the magnetite magnetosome crystals and the alignment of the magnetosomes.You can amplify the sequence derictly with PCR method if you want to use magnetosome in your project.

First we found the two operon's sequences from ncbi.then we designed a pair of primers to amplify the DNA fragment of the two operons.When designing the primers,we designed a 20bp overlap and then we use the overlap to join them together with fusion PCR.
