The mamAB Operon is sufficient for magnetite biomineralization. As the length of the mamAB operon is about 17kb,so we divided this operon into 10 parts. This part is known as "Part one" of the full 17kb mamAB operon.It contain the promotor of the operon, the mamH I gene and part of the mamE. So you can use it as template for the mamH and mamI gene, and this part can also be assembled with the others parts by Gibson assemble and restriction endonuclease.
