The mamAB Operon is sufficient for magnetite biomineralization. As the length of the mamAB operon is about 17kb,so we divided this operon into 10 parts. This part is known as "Part three" of the full 17kb mamAB operon.It contain the part of the mamE, mamJ gene and part of the mamK. So you can use it as template for the mamJ gene, and this part can also be assembled with the others parts by Gibson assemble and restriction endonuclease.
