PcpcG2-172 promoter is a 172bp truncated cpcG2 promoter deleted for the constitutive promoter.It come from PcpcG2 in pJT119b plasmid.
This device is composed with a CcaR-P activated promoter which removed a constitutive promoter inside it and a GFP fused CheZ protein which is sensitive in bacterial motility,linked behind it. It can generate CheZ stablely and We can detect the expression of cheZ through the flurescence of GFP. We operate the part in the PJT119b plasmid which comes from Tabor's lab.
