This part can be assembled with a yeast promoter(+RBS) upstream to drive mOrange (<partinfo>BBa_E2050</partinfo>) expression.
The <partinfo>BBa_K165018</partinfo> part (NLS-Term with RFC23 Prefix and Suffix) has been used in this BioBrick in order to yield the transcriptional termination, while the nuclear localization signal does not work (it is after the stop codon of mOrange and the BioBrick scar TACTAGA forms another stop codon and send the translation out of frame).
