In future years, we hope to make use of improvements in the Registry's accommodations to provide our complete expression vectors.

This protein was synthesized from the Mnt protein produced by bacteriophage P22 and the VP16 viral transactivation domain from the herpes simplex virus.
This part encodes a protein that combines the Mnt DNA-binding domain with the VP16 viral transactivation domain. This synthetic transactivator is able to moderately activate expression from minCMV-Mnt promoter variants.
