This is an assembly of an Rhizobium radiobacter/Agrobacterium tumefaciens isolated bacteriophytochrome gene with a Synechocytis heme oxygenase 1 gene under a T7 promoter. The bacteriophytochrome gene produces a protein that interacts with Biliverdin, a chromophore. The chromophore is produced by heme oxygenase oxidation of heme in the heme metabolic pathway to produce the biliverdin. Sequence contains a Ribosome Binding Site.
