RBS was taken from 'host-takover module' from B.subtilis Bacteriophage SPO1 and GPF is derived from jellyfish Aequeora victoria (BBa_E0040).
It is succesfully joined B.subtilis RBS with GFP reporter protein. Can be used to measure strenght of B.subtilis promoters. In order to work with it you must first add appropriate terminator at the end. We recommend BBa_K780000 - a terminator designed for use with B.subtilis.
