Description
Modified BL oscillator based on I12040. It can be "reset" by adding IPTG which stimulates production of the A protein (lambda cI) if used in LacIq strain. The B protein is 434 cI. The YFP-AAV reporter tracks the dynamics of the A protein.| Access | Instance | Definition |
