Description
Device is based on E0240 and contains a partial biobrick site (EcoR1, Not1, Spe1) upstream of the RBS. To insert a BB promoter for testing, digest both the promoter and measurement device with EcoR1 and Spe1. This design best simulates spacing in actual construction however, parts cannot be removed after testing.Notes
