Description
Device is based on I2057 and contains a partial biobrick site (EcoR1, Not1, Spe1) upstream of the RBS. To insert a BB promoter for testing, digest both the promoter and measurement device with EcoR1 and Spe1. Parts can be removed after testing, which facilitates the screening of libraries.Notes
