Description

High copy origin of replication derived from pSB1A3. Designed to omit antibiotic resistance markers and primer binding sites.

Notes

This part was designed to be a near minimal pUC19 derived high copy origin. Several mutations present in BBa_I50020 to eliminate useful restriction sites are not present here. This part will be used in the BioBricks insertion site of the pSB**5 series of plasmids.
