    Description

    CD4 is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of T helper cells, regulatory T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CD4 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.

    We removed the majority of it's cytosolic part.

    Notes

    Construct was amplidfied with CMV foward and CD4(shortened) reverse primer.
