    Description

    This is a R751+ E.coli strain with oriT knock out. Normally it will not act as donnor cells in conjugation, but when transformed with plasmids with a R751 oriT, it will. Any plasmid with R751 oriT transfer origin in this chasis can be conjugatively transfered in to recipient cells.

    The original R751+ C600+ strain comes from CGMCC, and oriT was knock out by pKO3 method.
