Description
This is the FtsA and FtsZ coding sequences with their natural RBS. In E.Coli genome FtsA and FtsZ are consecutive genes. This part goes from the 22 bp (arbitrary distance) upstream of the FtsA "ATG" to the FtsZ "TAATAA".
FtsA: ATP-binding cell division protein involved in recruitment of FtsK to Z ring
FtsZ: GTP-binding tubulin-like cell division protein
Notes
EcoR1 site in FtsZ deleted (gaattc -> gagttc)
