Description
Membrane display OmpC protein with inserted polystyrene binding peptide that is expressed on the surface of E coli cell in an OmpC protein extracellular loop. There is also a His tag for confirmation purposes and Trypsin cleavage site. Addition of His tags will induce cadmium binding.Notes
