Description
This part is the inverse compliment of the Total XylR Transcriptional Regulator sequence. The inverse compliment would be used (for example) in conjunction with the Paf operator on the side that transcribes to the 'left'.
Notes
While not a traditional part in the sense that it codes in the reverse direction of standard iGEM parts and it is not a true composite part yet contains promoter, RBS, and translational terminator. However this part will be used in the initial constructs utilizing XylR.
