Description

This is a lentiviral helper plasmid which contains the integrase and GAG proteins. This integrase is a mutant integrase and causes infection without chromosomal integration.

Notes

We attempted to mutate the integrase in two ways: two-step PCR and site-directed mutagenesis. The site-directed approach was the best approach.
