Description

We believe that this part may code for the transcriptional regulator that binds to the promoter of the nitrilase gene (GeneID:3715134) in Pseudomonas fluorescens PfO-1 (Accession NC_007492). This part has not been tested or sequenced yet though.

We isolated this sequence using a PCR reaction.
