    CD18-Cub-mLexA-linker-VP16

    CD18 is the second half of the LFA1 signaling dimer which binds to ICAM. To induce an output from ligand mediated signaling, we used the split ubiquitin system. We designed LFA1 dimerisation to produce the same output as our other signaling receptors - mLexA-VP16.
