Sequences BBa_I766605_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This device will express YopH, a pathogen derived reversible inhibitor (phosphotase) of Map Kinase Fus3 under the pCyc promotor. The effector protein is fused to an EE leucine zipper and will be recruited to elements possessing a matching RR zipper. The effector is fused mCherry (RFP) on the N terminal.

Notes

Device was created using a method of combinatorial cloning using the type IIs restriction endonuclease AarI. Each device contains adaptor regions in between coding regions (RFP, effectors, and zippers) for this method.
