Device

Sequences BBa_I766671_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This device will express YopH, a pathogen derived irreversible inhibitor (phosphotase) of MapK Fus3 under the pSte5 promotor. The effector protein is fused to an EE leucine zipper and will be recruited to elements possessing the matching EE zipper. The effector is fused mCherry (RFP) on the N-terminal.

Notes

Device was created using a method of combinatorial cloning using the type IIs restriction endonuclease AarI. Each device contains adaptor regions in between coding regions (RFP, effectors, and zippers) for this method.
