Description

Low promotor and low RBS (c-Dog). E. coli optimized caffeine demethylase with the same amino acid sequence as yCDM8 from Michener and Smolke (2012). Theophylline sensitive riboswitch mediates the production of GFP.

Notes

J100079 was ligated using Spe1 and J100105 using Xba1, so there is no scar between the two parts and EcoR1.
