Description

This is a modified version of plasmid pSB1A2 (http://parts.igem.org/Part:pSB1A2). The position 32 bases upstream from the beginning of the RNAII transcript had been changed from a "C" to an "A". Mutations at this position have been shown to affect plasmid copy number in Castagnoli, 1985 (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3895161).

Notes

Part was created by ligating pSB1A2 iPCR product to annealed oligos with an "N" at the -32 position.
