Description
Isolated pUC-IDT-Amp plasmid and inserted RS10shift riboswitch in place of the J119361 part. Removed J119361 sequence in between the two Bsa1 sites and inserted the DNA sequence for the RS10shift riboswitch. RS10shift has the same DNA sequence as the RS10 riboswitch, in addition to 19 added base pairs in after the U sequence. This was taken from the Wachsmuth et. al. paper.Notes
