Description
The PDB riboswitch consists of a theophylline aptamer sequence from the Protein Databank. This aptamer sequence was inserted into the Wachsmuth et al. RS3 riboswitch sequence using Golden Gate Assembly. The tCloneTet plasmid backbone was obtained from part J119374, and Golden Gate Assembly was used to ligate the riboswitch into the tCloneTet plasmid.Notes
