Description

The tCloneTet+PDB plasmid was obtained from part J100255 and was modified using Golden Gate Assembly to have a P9 promoter rather than the P5 promoter. The P9 promoter is known to have a low efficiency but has a higher efficiency than the P4 promoter

Notes

Used PCR to "cut out" the P5 promoter since there were no restriction enzyme sites surrounding it.
