Description

This is a piece of the deoP2 promoter from -53 to -1 that includes the first CRP activation binding site. It is activated by a concentration of CRP at 10 ??M.

Notes

Given the length limitation of the oligos and the need to include the -35 to -10 to -1 we were only able to include one of the three activation/ repression sites.
