    sbpA from Bacillus sphaericus is a tetrameric protein that forms crystals in the presence of calcium. In nature it forms crystals on the outside of Bacillus sphaericus cells. It can be purified and crystallized in vitro for materials science and other applications by adding calcium.

    Notes

    In order to be made it will need to be cut into 1.1kB fragments
