Description
This is a temperature sensitive cI inducible system driven by a high promoter (BBa_J23114) for the repressor and with a GFP reporter. It can be used to regulate the expression of GFP using heat.Notes
This is a mutagenized form because the original product had an extra PstI site between the repressor and terminator.
