Description

Protein phosphatase 1 (PP1, human protein) with C terminal hemagglutinin (HA) and N terminal PrsA signal sequence.

PrsA signal will target the protein for Sec transport. It is derived from Bacillus subtilis PrsA protein, a chaperone.

HA tag is added for identification of PP1 by Western blot

Notes

PP1 contained a PstI site which was removed by quick change.

PrsA was added by standard cloning methods.
