    Description

    The pectate lyase promoter from Aspergillus nidulans is repressed by glucose and inducible by polygalacturonic acid.

    Notes

    Its sequence was unknown to us apart from the presence of 2 flanking cutsites, so we had to append these to pSB1C3 and sequence the resulting plasmid ourselves.
