Description

This part is composed of the promoter of chromate transporter chrB and the complete coding sequence of chrB. There is an evidence showed that it is sensitive to Cr(VI) and can lead to the expression of downstream egfp.

Notes

We'd like to design an integrated sensor with an amplifier and controller for milk product. Cr(VI) can sometimes exist in milk because of the illegal adding, so a part sensitive to Cr(VI) is involved in our consideration.
