Description

When there is no bla(beta-lactam), blaI will repress the blaZ promoter. When bla is present, it will be combined with blaR1 and active the depression of blaI, the PblaZ will be opened, then active the expression of dowmstream egfp.

Notes

We'd like to design an integrated sensor with an amplifier and controller for milk product. Residual of antibiotics such as beta-lactams can sometimes exist in milk , so a part sensitive to beta-lactam is involved in our consideration.
