    Description

    α-ALS gene express acetolactate synthetase that contribute to produce diacetyl.

    α-ALS gene placed under the control of Lux pR promoter. After co-transforming with BBa_K1072000 into E.coli cells,the luxR and AHL complex will activate the Lux pR promotor and transcript α-ALS and GFP genes.
