Description
Cas9 is an RNA-guided double-stranded DNA endonuclease, which belongs to the type II bacterial CRISPR system, from Streptococcus pyogenes. Dead cas9(dcas9), in which two mutations were introduced to abolishthe endonuclease function, is added behind the biobrick J13002. Here we combine dcas9 with several different guide RNAs to activate or repress one of the double promoters??? transcription.
