Description
Superfolder Yellow Fluorescent Protein is a derivative of superfolder Green Fluorescent protein. Compared to YFP it displays improved stability and strong yellow fluorescence. Excitation peak: 503 nm Emission peak: 540 nm. This is N-terminal of sfYFP, that can be used in Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation system (BiFC).
