Description
IκB is the inhibitor of NF-κB.The activity of NF-κB will be large-sized decreased, when IκB binds with NF-κB.The green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a protein composed of 238 amino acid residues (26.9 kDa) that exhibits bright green fluorescence when exposed to light in the blue to ultraviolet range. We fuse the fragments of IκB and GFP.The two proteins can co-express.
Notes
It may not work after fusion.
Source
IκB comes from genomic DNA of DU-145 cell.GFP comes from vector pEGFP-N1.We use overlap PCR to fused them.
