    Description

    T7 promoter is truncated of the first two base pairs and then is followed by a GFP reporter. It is used to detect the effiency of T7 promoter even if it is truncated a bit. We need to construct an overlapping T7 promoter so the effiency of truncated T7 promoter is essential for us.

    Notes

    Still, as K113013, we cannot detect green signal under fluoresence microscope.
