Description
We use the iGEM11_Edinburgh BBa_K523013 as backbone. We knock out the unuseful part of the ice nuclease protein (INP). The yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) is directly link to INP membrane anchor domain. We are trying to improve the part of iGEM.Notes
