    Description

    This biobrick consists of a gene originally from Rhodococcus opacus. This gene is related to TGA transportation. We build a this biobrick with the Ompa promoter.

    Notes

    There are 7 DGAT genes described. We looked for the bottlneck gene that transport less TGA in order to rise yields
