    Description

    4-coumarate, coenzyme A ligase (4 CL) and Stilbene Synthase (STS) enzymes allow the synthesis of resveratrol from p-coumaric acid. The sequence were taken from grape cDNA.

    Notes

    We had to try to amplify the sequences from grape cDNA in order to avoid introns.
