    Notes

    WT ppk gene in E.coli has a internal biobrick standard cutting site "GAA TTC" (EcoRI site). Thus we design an set of internal primers to replace the EcoRI site "GAA TTC" as "GAG TTT." This ppk mutant can be applied in biobrick standard assembly.
