Description
This fusion protein, when expressed, is targeted to the cell membrane and into exosomes and can thus be used to send rtTA3 from cell to cell. When expressed with TEV protease, the TEV sites is cleaved and releases the rtTA3 from the Acyl-TyA domain, relieving your fused protein from any steric effects of the Acyl-TyA domain.
