Description
We have put the amilCP blue chromoprotein into Freiburg format so that it can be used to create fusion proteins. This is useful for gel purifying proteins, as documented on the 2013 CU-Boulder iGEM Wiki.
Notes
We ordered PCR primers to add NgoMIV and AgeI restriction sites to the original construct.
